About the role
- Lead operations excellence initiatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery within agreed timelines and standards.
- Align priorities and strategies within Corporate Procurement to achieve business objectives.
- Implement standardized processes and proactively resolve issues while anticipating customer needs.
- Drive innovation through digital tools, automation, and AI.
- Develop and engage teams through coaching, goal setting, and succession planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Finance/Business Administration, International Business, IT Administration, or alike from a top-tier university.
- Minimum 10-15 years in leadership roles focused on Operations and Process Excellence.
- Experience in defining global process standards and designing solutions.
- Knowledge and experience using the latest tech and workflows; including AI.
- Hands on experience in running and managing S2P or I2P operations.
- Soft skills: Structured, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence peers to achieve common goals.
