About the role
- Lead and implement end-to-end marketing strategies for the cardiometabolic portfolio
- Oversee advertising, promotional activities, and launch excellence
- Build a deep understanding of the patient-as-consumer journey
- Conduct market research and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with medical, commercial, sales, regulatory, and regional partners
- Manage and develop a marketing team of 4 direct reports
- Represent the business at key regional and external events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in cardiovascular, cardiometabolic, or patient-driven/consumer-focused categories is highly desirable
- Proven ability to lead launches and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Strong analytical, strategic, and execution capabilities
- Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus
- Availability to travel up to 40% of the time
