About the role

  • Lead and implement end-to-end marketing strategies for the cardiometabolic portfolio
  • Oversee advertising, promotional activities, and launch excellence
  • Build a deep understanding of the patient-as-consumer journey
  • Conduct market research and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Collaborate with medical, commercial, sales, regulatory, and regional partners
  • Manage and develop a marketing team of 4 direct reports
  • Represent the business at key regional and external events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Experience in cardiovascular, cardiometabolic, or patient-driven/consumer-focused categories is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to lead launches and manage complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and execution capabilities
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus
  • Availability to travel up to 40% of the time
