About the role

  • Oversee product development and design marketing strategies within the assigned portfolio.
  • Monitor, assess, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Design and execute comprehensive product marketing plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and oversee product campaigns, including advertising and sales material.
  • Drive the implementation of campaigns and build relationships with KOLs and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Relevant academic qualifications with bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in brand marketing or closely related commercial roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with practical experience in market trend analysis, segmentation and consumer behaviour insights, and market landscape assessment.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Thai native speaking with fluent English communication.
