About the role
- Oversee all aspects of the brand and product within the SAM Cluster.
- Analyze the market and design tailored strategies based on local needs.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance, incorporating stakeholder feedback to adapt strategies.
- Develop tactical plans, materials, and events that support the product strategy.
- Assess market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance to track sell-out, sell-in, and inventory for future product launches.
- Ensure alignment between the sales force, marketing, and other departments in executing the product strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Min 5-7 years’ experience in product management, marketing, or related roles within pharma or consumer industry.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in managing the full product lifecycle, ensuring optimal market performance.
- Experience with P&L management, and market research analysis to predict trends and develop targeted campaigns
- Strong understanding of consumer trends and promotional material development.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing data, ROI, and making informed decisions to boost profitability.
- Fluency in English is required.
