About the role
- Define and own the strategy that brings patients closer to care through impactful, multi-channel engagement.
- Spearhead omnichannel initiatives and provide strategic direction, ensuring the right messaging reaches the right audience through effective segmentation.
- Oversee activation initiatives that blend online and on-the-ground experiences, creating meaningful connections and driving awareness where it matters most.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance engagement with Novo Nordisk products and services.
- Plan, manage, and optimise omnichannel campaigns to drive awareness, activation, and adherence.
- Create and manage promotional materials tailored to people´s needs, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Conduct market research to understand behaviours and trends, translating insights into actionable activation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives and ensure compliance.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
- Lead local launch activities and lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on outcomes and experience.
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Solid experience in end-to-end B2C marketing, with mandatory experience in consumer goods, FMCG, wellness, high tech sectors.
- Proven experience driving and implementing omnichannel strategies with measurable impact
- Previous experience with unbranded market expansion strategies would be an advantage.
- Skilled in working across teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and integrating business development goals into strategy execution.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
