About the role

  • Define and own the strategy that brings patients closer to care through impactful, multi-channel engagement.
  • Spearhead omnichannel initiatives and provide strategic direction, ensuring the right messaging reaches the right audience through effective segmentation.
  • Oversee activation initiatives that blend online and on-the-ground experiences, creating meaningful connections and driving awareness where it matters most.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance engagement with Novo Nordisk products and services.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise omnichannel campaigns to drive awareness, activation, and adherence.
  • Create and manage promotional materials tailored to people´s needs, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research to understand behaviours and trends, translating insights into actionable activation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
  • Lead local launch activities and lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on outcomes and experience.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Solid experience in end-to-end B2C marketing, with mandatory experience in consumer goods, FMCG, wellness, high tech sectors.
  • Proven experience driving and implementing omnichannel strategies with measurable impact
  • Previous experience with unbranded market expansion strategies would be an advantage.
  • Skilled in working across teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and integrating business development goals into strategy execution.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
