About the role
- You will report to the Operational Readiness Finish Product Manager (assembly and packaging)
- Collaborate with the project's engineers, technicians and operators to prepare the production launch of the future assembly and packaging lines.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in an engineering program or pursuing a Master’s degree (Master 2)
- Project management experience (even academic) is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team spirit and the ability to synthesize information
- Innovative and proactive, able to propose improvements
- You enjoy solving problems as they arise
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma, or willingness to develop these skills
- Demonstrates strong initiative and an innovative mindset
- Good written and spoken English
