About the role
- Implement the commissioning strategy and equipment ramp-up plan.
- Plan and organize corrective maintenance contracts.
- Act as the training point of contact: create a skills matrix and, together with the site training engineer, develop a structured onboarding plan.
- Manage the schedule and ensure the proper delivery of subcontractor training.
- Prepare the maintenance planning process.
Requirements
- Seeking a final-year engineering internship as part of an engineering program with a technical/maintenance focus or equivalent.
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with maintenance methods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, and a willingness to learn.
- Curiosity and the ability to work independently.
- Rigour and excellent organizational skills in daily tasks.
- Strong proactive mindset, able to propose innovative ideas and solutions to challenges.
- Comfortable using English in an international environment.
