About the role
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to achieve brand targets while building strong partnerships with customers and improving productivity.
- Engage with the Field Force, keeping them updated, motivate and providing sales support.
- Conduct market research, surveys of healthcare professionals, and market mapping to gain insights for brand strategy while managing the product cycle and portfolio.
- Prepare and assess drug product information and documents in compliance with local and global drug administration and regulatory authorities.
- Develop and execute product marketing campaigns to gain the mind share of targeted customers and facilitate participation in national and regional activities of medical organizations.
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy, MBBS, or a related field, preferably with an MBA degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer market, or healthcare technology companies.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team, along with the excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, customer-oriented, and quality-focused, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating a highly talented team.
