About the role
- Overseeing vendor relationships for local clinical trial execution
- Managing local vendor selection, operations, and relationships for service delivery
- Leading vendor risk management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Acting as primary liaison between internal teams and external partners
- Supporting trial teams with vendor coordination and management
Requirements
- Academic degree in life sciences, healthcare, or business administration
- 3-5 years in clinical vendor management, contracting, or site-related collaborations in the pharmaceutical industry or CROs
- Comprehensive understanding of CRO partnerships, outsourcing models, and contract management processes
- Strong business acumen with understanding of business operations and financial drivers
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management principles, tools, and methodologies
