About the role
- Serve as a key point of contact for the Portfolio Valuation function
- Lead the process for the recurring portfolio value assessment
- Initiate and facilitate improvement projects across commercial therapy areas
- Train colleagues and key stakeholders in making financial valuations
- Own the valuation methodology and ensure transparency and alignment with relevant departments
- Implement and maintain the valuation methodology in a cross-organizational portfolio-management IT system
- Assess the value of assets and evidence generation activities on the portfolio
- Participate in portfolio assessments and development of commercial guidance
Requirements
- A master’s degree in Economics / Finance / Business / Natural sciences or other relevant subjects.
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Experience in an asset valuation focused function and/or with management/strategy consulting
- Excellent project management/stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with financial valuations in the pharmaceutical industry
- High proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel as well as fluency in written and spoken English.
