About the role
- Serve as the primary financial advisor to business leaders
- Drive strategic decision-making, performance management, and resource optimisation
- Provide financial guidance on commercial initiatives, including product launches, and market expansion
- Lead Therapy sales forecasting and budget planning processes
- Deliver timely and insightful analysis of P&L performance, sales trends, and resource utilisation
- Ensure transparency and control in commercial spending.
Requirements
- Master degree from top Chinese University/Oversea University
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business/ commercial finance or commercial analytical/forecasting roles.
- Experience exposure to marketing, strategic consultancy or commercial excellence is preferred
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate business insights into actionable financial analysis.
- Exceptional data intuition with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
