About the role
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Insights team to prioritize and ensure high-quality evidence generation and dissemination across the therapy area
- Lead portfolio market research projects in collaboration with the Global Customer Insights team
- Convert insights into clear commercial recommendations to sharpen positioning, optimize targeting, and enhance market performance
- Produce concise executive insights reports that translate data into prioritized commercial actions and measurable KPIs
- Build strong relationships with global Customer Insights, Strategic Projects, and Brand teams to align priorities, co-create plans, and track impact
- Define market research goals and insights blueprints aligned with the therapy area and product lifecycle
- Facilitate decision-making in brand strategy by identifying core commercial dilemmas, unmet needs, and opportunities
- Turn insights into go-to-market recommendations, ensuring launches are optimized for commercial impact.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Pharma (B. Pharm) or Science/Biotechnology
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/commercial marketing, project management, or consulting
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with experience in analyzing complex databases and synthesizing data into cohesive narratives
- Proven ability to convert data into meaningful insights and actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to manage stakeholders across functional areas
- Experience working in a global and/or regional environment or matrix set-up
- Strong presentation skills and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business dynamics.
