About the role
- Support and monitor the production process
- Support operators and technicians to ensure stable process performance
- Perform systematic problem solving when challenges occur
- Analyse a large amount of data to extract correlations and causations for process understanding
- Continuously improve the process, and it’s supporting systems, in terms of productivity and simplicity
- Use a data-based approach for quantifying deviations
- Use a team-based approach for recommending process optimizations
Requirements
- An academic degree in Biotechnology, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar
- Internship or similar type of experience in manufacturing pharmaceutical or similar highly regulated industries is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of scientific principles required for manufacturing pharmaceutical API
- Knowledge of fermentation, data analysis and process systems, preferably experience with large-scale production
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Danish is considered an advantage
