About the role
- Developing and implementing KOL engagement strategies
- Leading the creation and execution of the local medical plan
- Providing medical guidance through training tools and internal training sessions
- Driving medical education initiatives
- Establishing and executing publication plans
- Supporting clinical activities
- Managing budgets related to pre-launch activities
Requirements
- Medical Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a Medical Affairs department
- At least 3 years as a people manager
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience in new product medical plan launch implementation
- Experience in diabetes and/or obesity, or other metabolic chronic diseases within the pharmaceutical industry (nice to have)
