About the role
- Facilitate the in-field execution of the Medical Affairs strategy
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for products
- Elevate the voice of the field-medical team
- Manage, coordinate and execute the Regional Medical Plan
- Foster effective collaboration between the field medical team and sales teams
- Empower each team member to effectively translate business priorities into operational plans
- Build and optimize effective relationships with HCPs & KOLs
- Act as role model and develop team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences
- Solid experience in the Medical Affairs function within a pharmaceutical company
- Previous people management experience
- Strong experience driving cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Knowledge or experience in the cardiometabolic arena
- Excellent communications skills in Spanish and English
- Availability to travel
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills
- Thrive in fast-paced environment
