Requirements
- Medical doctor background
- Postgraduate medical qualification considered an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of post-registration medical experience
- Excellent ability to engage stakeholders
- Proven experience as a people manager (minimum of 2 years)
- Excellent training and presentation abilities
- Deep therapy area knowledge
- Familiarity with GCP and clinical trial methodology
