About the role
- Establish Novo Nordisk as a scientific leader in the cardiometabolic area by delivering high‑quality medical and scientific support
- Identify, contact, develop and maintain relationships with key customers, KOLs and major institutions
- Provide medical and scientific support, education and training to HCPs, KOLs and Novo Nordisk colleagues
- Facilitate and support advisory boards, symposia and educational seminars
- Generate, report and translate value-adding insights from KOL interactions
- Support local clinical activities by identifying potential trial sites and assisting feasibility assessments
- Plan and execute HCP interaction strategies
Requirements
- Hold a university degree in Natural Sciences (PhD preferred) or Medicine
- Have ideally more than 2 years’ relevant pharmaceutical industry experience or equivalent professional experience
- Be able to understand, synthesise and communicate complex scientific and clinical data to varied audiences
- Possess excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Be self-starting with high ownership and accountability and able to lead medical projects locally
- Be fluent in German and English (knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage)
