About the role
- Lead the South & Ha’Shfela territory by analysing market dynamics, identifying opportunities and risks, and executing a strong, data-driven territory plan.
- Drive sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of territory objectives in line with strategic priorities.
- Build and maintain impactful relationships with HCPs, including GPs and specialists, as well as key stakeholders and KOLs in the Obesity/Diabetes field.
- Deliver high-quality customer engagements across multiple channels and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Provide customers with timely, relevant product information and ensure effective follow-up aligned with marketing strategy and Customer Engagement guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical to optimise territory performance and support key initiatives.
- Participate in regional and national events, support educational activities, and contribute to cross-functional projects while ensuring full compliance with Business Ethics, local laws, and company standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences; advanced marketing/business qualification are a plus.
- Proven experience within pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related roles.
- A motivated, self-driven professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and discipline in planning, execution, and territory management.
- Digital fluency and ability to work confidently with digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, CRM systems and multichannel engagement platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Good English.
- Experience in Diabetes or Obesity therapeutic areas is highly advantageous.
