About the role
- Lead strategy and execution for our Obesity portfolio
- Develop and execute brand plans to drive awareness, growth, and patient engagement
- Lead omnichannel campaigns using FMCG/OTC best practices (digital, social, pharmacy activation, patient programs)
- Plan and implement consumer marketing initiatives across all channels to drive sell-out
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance to optimize strategy
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and agency partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, Business (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years in marketing, with proven FMCG or OTC experience; pharma experience preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Experience in lifestyle, wellness, or chronic disease categories is an advantage
