About the role

  • Lead strategy and execution for our Obesity portfolio
  • Develop and execute brand plans to drive awareness, growth, and patient engagement
  • Lead omnichannel campaigns using FMCG/OTC best practices (digital, social, pharmacy activation, patient programs)
  • Plan and implement consumer marketing initiatives across all channels to drive sell-out
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance to optimize strategy
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and agency partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, Business (MBA a plus)
  • 5+ years in marketing, with proven FMCG or OTC experience; pharma experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Experience in lifestyle, wellness, or chronic disease categories is an advantage
