About the role
- Drive digital transformation efforts and streamline data integration across solutions in the North American Finance Organization
- Develop and maintain financial models that support planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and usability of models while fostering collaboration across Finance, IT, and operational teams
- Report to a Director in Finance & Supply Chain and interact with stakeholders across the Finance organization with frequent interaction at the manager, senior manager and director level
- Collaborate with IT and data experts across the organization to ensure our solutions adhere to best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, process automation, data strategy implementation, data governance or similar
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL or other software development
- Data analysis skills and experience working with large data sets
- Strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage and data governance
- Advanced Excel skills (experience in Anaplan is an advantage)
- Technical understanding of finance processes is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Eager and willing to learn new systems and tools where any necessary training or certifications would be provided
