About the role
- Drive the NNI portfolio strategy in tandem with the marketing team
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the integrated account team’s goals
- Monitor performance against cross-functional strategic account plans
- Attract, develop, and coach diverse, high-performing teams
- Execute plans around market trends and competitive dynamics
- Communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree and/or PharmD required
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience required
- Previous people management experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business and build strategies that reflect marketplace trends and customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with specialty customers and key opinion leaders
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license
