About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, target and actively prospect new strategic accounts to open commercial opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects' needs, understand their technical and organizational challenges, and design tailored commercial proposals (from skills engineering to fixed-price projects).
  • Represent Novity within professional networks, tech ecosystems and industry events to establish the company's expertise and generate leads.
  • Identify key consultant profiles internally and externally to meet client needs, and lead the closing phase.
  • Manage and retain signed accounts to maximize cross-selling.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least one successful experience (> 4 years' experience) in selling B2B services, ideally in an IT services company (ESN), consulting firm, startup, or software vendor.
  • You are a natural 'hunter' at heart, motivated by prospecting and exceeding targets.
  • You are proficient in consultative selling techniques.
  • Tech-savvy: you understand the challenges faced by tech departments (microservices, technical debt, modern architectures) and keep your knowledge up to date through proactive tech monitoring.
  • You naturally integrate generative AI tools into your daily workflow to optimize productivity and the quality of your deliverables.
  • Proven autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented mindset and excellent written and verbal communication in French.
