• Interfacing with customers to understand their needs in collaboration with the Customer Success team;
• Supporting customers during the onboarding and adoption processes, including environment creation and management, metric creation and customization, and data input;
• Deliver ESG advisory services and present executive-ready outputs to customers
• Sharing ESG knowledge internally via training and best-practice guidance to scale consistency across the organization.
• Contributing to the testing and deployment of platform functionalities.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements; working collaboratively with Product to improve workflows.
