About the role

  • You take independent project leadership and project management for demanding building construction projects in the use categories office, hotel, residential, logistics and industrial
  • You act as the central point of contact for the client and, through strong teamwork and communication skills, establish a solid relationship with the client team and the other project stakeholders
  • In addition to your management responsibilities, you support projects in various areas such as technical due diligence, project monitoring and construction controlling

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a technical degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or construction project management
  • In addition to at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in project management, you have also gained in-depth experience in project controlling
  • Preparing project cost estimates as well as creating schedules for project, planning and construction processes comes naturally to you
  • You work accurately and bring a high degree of initiative and a strong quality awareness
  • Your knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV is very good, as is your proficiency with MS Office 365 and MS-Project
  • You are distinguished by empathy, persuasiveness, assertiveness and negotiation skills
  • You enjoy organizing and developing goal-oriented approaches
