About the role

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for tunnel ventilation and related solutions across the Nordics
  • Identify new business opportunities, target accounts and partner channels
  • Represent NOVENCO at industry events, conferences and client meetings
  • Manage key customer relationships with contractors, operators, and consultants in the tunnels sector
  • Lead bid and tender processes, coordinating proposals, pricing, technical input and commercial terms
  • Prepare and present commercial offers, negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Work closely with engineering, project management and service teams to ensure deliverable scope and commercial viability
  • Provide market feedback to product and engineering teams to support product development and localisation
  • Ensure smooth handover of projects from sales to delivery and support post‑contract relationship management
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts and CRM records; report on sales performance to Nordic management
  • Develop pricing strategies, risk assessments and commercial proposals aligned with company targets
  • Support order intake growth while safeguarding margin and contractual terms

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in tunnel ventilation, tunnel systems, or related infrastructure markets in the Nordics
  • Track record of winning and managing large projects, tenders or framework agreements
  • Strong technical understanding of ventilation, smoke control or safety systems, or the ability to quickly acquire technical knowledge
  • Fluent in English and proficient in at least one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish preferred)
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
