About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You develop and manage our social media strategy on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook — from concept to publication.
You create creative, audience-focused content (copy, image, video) and ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
You take responsibility for community management: respond to comments and messages, maintain dialogue with our community, and actively build relationships.
You plan and manage the content calendar and coordinate with internal teams as well as external service providers.
You monitor trends, competitors and platform updates, and proactively introduce new ideas and formats.
You analyze the performance of our channels using common tools and derive optimization measures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, media or a comparable qualification — or demonstrable professional experience.
You have at least 2 years of experience in social media management and have independently managed channels.
You have a strong sense for target audiences, trends and modern communication — and know what works on which platform.
You are skilled in content creation: you write well, and you have basic knowledge of image and video editing (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
You work in a structured and independent way and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Native-level German skills, both written and spoken, are required; good English skills are a plus.
You are communicative, creative and enjoy actively shaping a community.
