About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for the operational and strategic development of our CRM and email marketing activities with a focus on lead reactivation and re‑engagement
- You design and implement multi‑stage marketing automation campaigns across Email, SMS and WhatsApp (nurturing, onboarding, win‑back, retention) and ensure they are tracked and measurable
- You create insightful reports with KPI analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action
- You conduct audience and segmentation analyses to identify dormant leads and continuously refine our communication strategy
- You collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, Product and Content to ensure consistent cross‑channel messaging and to optimise lead quality and timing
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in email marketing or CRM, ideally in a B2C environment or with consumer services
- You have hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) – setting up Automations, Journey Builder, segmentation and email delivery (or very strong knowledge of a comparable enterprise tool such as HubSpot, Klaviyo or Braze)
- You are proficient in multi‑channel marketing and know how to orchestrate Email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns and build tracking‑clean workflows
- You work independently, are proactive and think strategically – confident working with KPIs (OR, CTR, conversion rate, churn, attribution) and able to optimise autonomously
- Your German language skills are excellent (C2) for accurate, empathetic marketing communication
- Nice to have: experience in the finance or insurance sector; knowledge of HTML/CSS for template creation
