About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You take responsibility for our performance marketing channels (including Paid Social, Search Engine Advertising (SEA), possibly Native & other platforms)
  • You develop, manage and optimize data-driven campaigns across the entire funnel
  • You analyze KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates — and derive concrete actions
  • You work closely with Sales, CRM, Content & Tech to continuously improve lead quality and optimize landing pages and user journeys
  • You actively contribute to the development of our marketing strategy by testing creatives, audiences & messages and by working on tracking, attribution & marketing automation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Acquisition (approx. 3+ years) with solid know-how in platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Native Ads (additional channels are a plus)
  • Strong understanding of tracking, data analysis & KPI logic, high technical affinity and a basic technical understanding of data-driven advertising and tracking systems (GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • You think in hypotheses, tests and iterations — not gut feeling — and demonstrate a structured, independent way of working with a drive to push things forward
  • Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of data-driven, results-oriented work; ideally initial exposure to conversion optimization, landing pages or CRO
  • German at native level and good English
