About the role
- Convert warm leads into customers — You advise interested parties who already have a connection to November
- Provide personalized advice — You help people make informed decisions and choose the right planning product
- Identify needs & create tailored offers — You listen actively, recognize wishes, and confidently lead the process to close
- Celebrate sales successes — You follow your deals through to completion and secure your bonus
Requirements
- Several years of experience in telephone sales — ideally with consultative, advice-intensive products or services
- Proven track record in acquiring new customers and closing deals
- Enthusiasm & customer focus — You can inspire and engage others
- Determination & resilience — Rejections motivate you rather than hold you back
- Structured & self-organized — You work reliably, including remotely
- Excellent German skills, spoken and written (C1 or higher)
