Analytics Engineer

• Design, implement, and manage scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Build and maintain dbt models to support customer projects and internal decision making.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure data products are research-ready and aligned with customer needs
• Implement and manage data instrumentation and product analytics tooling (e.g. Mixpanel) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
• Identify opportunities for optimizing data workflows and proactively address technical debt.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Commercial teams to translate business and client needs into reliable, scalable data solutions

Analytics Engineering Lead

• Build and lead our commercial data science function from the ground up
• Present patient engagement metrics, growth trends, and study insights to clients in weekly meetings
• Field questions about our solutions and respond to ad-hoc analytical requests
• Build trusted relationships with biopharma stakeholders relying on your expertise
• Partner closely with the Analytics Engineering Lead and contribute to broader data engineering capabilities
• Proactively identify additional value through analytics and communicate with clients
• Partner with the internal Engineering team to support upstream data pipeline and dbt model development
• Ensure commercial data deliverables are scalable, reproducible, and aligned with the broader data platform
• Drive data quality initiatives and define best practices for research-grade analytics delivery
• Contribute to business development efforts by articulating our analytical capabilities to prospective clients
