About the role
- Monitor and update project balance sheets and cash flow forecasts in coordination with program teams as part of budget reviews and management/investment committees
- Verify the consistency of economic assumptions: construction costs, margins, sales prices, marketing expenses, fees, etc.
- Analyze performance indicators (margin rates, IRR, etc.)
- Participate in the validation of carrying balance sheets and developer financial statements
- Support operational teams in understanding and using financial data
- Contribute to the development of reporting tools for the Executive Committee
- Analyze and synthesize budgetary and actual data from all projects managed by Novaxia Développement
- Analyze and synthesize budgetary and actual data from the Group's two subsidiaries (Development and Investment)
- Contribute to the evolution of management tools (PrimPromo ERP, dashboards, Excel models)
- Help to improve the reliability and standardization of management control processes.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent university qualification
- Proven experience in project controlling within real estate, construction (BTP) or development
- Excellent command of Excel and reporting tools (experience with the PrimPromo ERP is a plus)
- Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, attention to detail and a strong business orientation
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and an understanding of operational constraints
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal
