Key responsibilities & impact

  • Act as the primary point of contact and build meaningful customer connections

  • Apply market, competitive, and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond to challenges
  • Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and support pull-through efforts
  • Lead impactful customer engagements virtually or in person
  • Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions and collaborate across functions to solve complex challenges
  • Deliver real-time access support and work with Patient Specialty Services
  • Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for virtual and face-to-face customer engagement
  • Travel across the assigned geography and drive and/or fly within the territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required from a 4-year college or university
  • Experience within the last 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B, or a similarly complex sales environment
  • Proven consistent high-performance track record
  • Experience navigating and selling to large accounts and key customers
  • Analytic ability to seek, prioritize, and apply relevant information to solve customer problems
  • Ethical leadership and ability to foster compliance with company policies and laws
  • Candidate must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border
  • Ability to travel 60–80% over a broad geography
  • Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory
  • Fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license required
  • For Associate level: 4+ years of military service in a leadership capacity or limited prior sales experience
  • For Territory level: 2+ years’ experience in a qualifying specialty pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, insurance, consumer health, B2B, or similarly complex sales role within the last 5 years
  • For Senior level: 5+ years’ experience in a qualifying industry or similarly complex sales role within the last 5 years
  • For Executive level: 10+ years’ experience in a qualifying industry or similarly complex sales role within the last 5 years
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix environment and communicate clinical product information
  • Company will not sponsor visas for this position
  • Customer-facing employees must comply with customers’ credentialing guidelines, which may require vaccination
