Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university
  • 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries
  • Strong track record in supporting the launch of specialty or biologic therapies
  • Familiarity in specialty pharmacy and/or Buy & Bill environments
  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-impact accounts
  • Verified extensive understanding of customers and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication, active listening skills, relationship-building and strategic thinking skills
  • Candidate must reside within territory, or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border
  • Ability to travel 60-80% over a broad geography is required
