About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build strong partnerships with clinical trial sites
Manage assigned sites across Phase One to Phase Four trials
Lead site initiation visits and ensure site teams are fully trained
Conduct remote and on-site monitoring activities
Evaluate site performance proactively and implement mitigation plans
Drive early site engagement through feasibility activities
Maintain complete and accurate study documentation
Support inspection readiness through audit preparation
Identify operational improvement opportunities and work with sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field
At least five years of clinical research experience
Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and ICH and GCP guidelines
Understanding of global regulatory expectations
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple study sites independently
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical thinking and risk-based decision-making skills
Willingness and ability to travel approximately fifty percent
