About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio
- Collaborate cross functionally in each geography as ONE team
- Execute call-plan to achieve goals and improve access and sales opportunities
- Use sales data reporting tools to understand trends and customer insights
- Develop and execute account level plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university
- 2-6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries
- Strong ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally
- Strong understanding of the local healthcare system landscape, EMRs, and clinical product information
- Self-starter with analytic abilities and ethical leadership
- Ability to travel 60-80% over a broad geography
- Valid driver’s license
