About the role
- Ensure traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing deliverables.
- Support validation and testing while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with AQS business and IT teams to design and deliver modern technology solutions.
- Coordinate integration touchpoints and ensure accurate data flow across SCAPE SCE interfaces.
- Maintain SCAPE product backlog and align user requirements across project workstreams.
- Partner with vendors to interpret and implement user requirements effectively.
- Drive user experience considerations and adherence to compliance in solution design and deployment.
Requirements
- University degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with global responsibilities.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies.
- Extensive experience in project management and change management for global solutions.
- Demonstrated success in delivering validated IT solutions and managing complex requirements.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges proactively.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
