About the role
- Handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology portfolio
- Collaborate cross functionally in each geography as ONE team
- Develop and execute a call-plan to achieve goals and improve access
- Comfort in using sales data reporting tools to understand trends
- Demonstrated use of social media platforms to capture customer insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years
- Strong ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally within a matrix environment
- Self-starter with analytic abilities for problem-solving
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel 60-80% over a broad geography
