Lead and manage the global Data Privacy and AI Legal team
Contribute to Enterprise AI Governance and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of AI and data privacy policies and procedures
Provide and organize expert legal advice and guidance on AI use cases and data privacy issues to internal stakeholders
Support the identification and mitigation of AI, data privacy and cybersecurity risks
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on AI and data privacy best practices
Prepare and present reports on AI and data privacy compliance and incidents to senior management

Requirements

University degree in law; admission to the US bar required
Proven working experience on AI (in particular in relation to the EU AI Act) and data privacy, including in cybersecurity matters and ethics
Several years of experience in leading a team of lawyers
Relevant certifications related to AI ethics, compliance, and CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
