- Executes material planning process for Baltic countries
- Secures that logistic processes are proceed in a timely, high quality, efficient and effective manner
- Ensure Products availability in line with the approved sales forecast
- Responsible for intercompany order fulfilment according to predefined cooperation parameters
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
