About the role
- Drive demand creation and develop, coordinate, and implement strategic business plans focused on referral and treatment networks
- Responsible for business ownership of prescribing and referring physicians
- Support product access and implement competitive response strategies
- Develop and employ customized tools and strategies to gain access to engage with HCP targets
- Comfort in using sales data reporting tools to understand trends and identify growth opportunities
- Exhibit strong self-awareness, ability to inspire, and willingness to challenge the status-quo
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
- 3+ years’ experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, biotech, or a sales role of similar complexity within the last 5 years
- 1+ years’ experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics
- 1+ years’ experience in prostate, NET or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience, within last 5 years
- Strong ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally within a matrix environment
- Self-starter with analytic abilities to solve problems
- Candidate must reside within territory, or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border
- Valid driver’s license
