About the role

  • Odgovornost za poročanje znotraj funkcije in za sodelovanje s sodelavci, globalnimi skrbniki poslovnih procesov ter ostalimi ustreznimi deležniki z vidika IT rešitev za dodeljene področje.

  • Spodbujanje uporabe tehnoloških rešitev in orodij za avtomatizacijo za izboljšanje procesov upravljanja naročil in spodbujanje stalnih izboljšav.
  • Odgovornost za prepoznavanje in obvladovanje tveganj v zvezi s storitvami IT na katerih temeljijo poslovni procesi.
  • Ugotavljanje in ocenjevanje novih povpraševanj s splošno odgovornostjo za usmerjanje predlogov v zgodnjih fazah odobritve.
  • Vodenje pobud za prepoznavanje priložnosti, zbiranje zahtev in neposredno sodelovanje z ekipami strank pri prepoznavanju in razvijanju poslovnih primerov ter zagotavljanju poslovnega sponzorstva.
  • Zagotavljanje da so IT naložbe in storitve za skupino strank usklajene s poslovnimi zahtevami in strategijo IT.
  • Odgovornost za vzpostavitev strukture upravljanja projektov in operacij z ustrezno zastopanostjo zainteresiranih strani.
  • Sodelovanje z višjimi poslovnimi deležniki in strateškimi poslovnimi partnerji IT pri analizi povpraševanja, predlogu rešitve, oceni in oceni financiranja.
  • As the Associate Director, IT Supply Chain within the Material Master and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) space, accountable for successful delivery and operations of standardized Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) solutions for the Novartis Supply Chain Area aligned with business and global DDIT Strategy.
  • Analyze and qualify new technology requirements, steering proposals through key approval phases to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects for supply chain operations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Partner with business process owners, stakeholders, and technology teams to optimize supply chain operations and meet business needs through IT solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT supply chain capabilities, enabling efficient processes such as master data management, artwork management, and product lifecycle coordination.
  • Drive reliable operational support, ensuring IT services consistently meet global supply chain requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT solutions, safeguarding business continuity.
  • Establish governance frameworks for project and operations management with appropriate stakeholder representation.
  • Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enable continuous improvement across supply chain functions.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders and IT teams to evaluate and prioritize demand, develop business cases, and ensure alignment with overall strategy and funding.

Requirements

  • Visokošolska stopnja izobrazbe s področja, IT, financ, poslovanja ali druge ustrezne smeri
  • Aktivno znanje angleškega jezika
  • Minimalno 5 let delovnih izkušenj v farmacevtski industriji ali mednarodnem okolju na IT področju ali druge relevantne izkušnje
  • Podrobno razumevanje procesov dobavne verige s poudarkom na matičnih podatkih, umetniških delih in življenjskem ciklu izdelka
  • Prilagodljivost za delo v hitrem in hitro spreminjajočem se delovnem okolju
  • Sposobnost delovanja v globalnem matričnem okolju
  • University degree in information technology, computer science or other equivalent degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in information technology and/or in a business environment
  • Detailed understanding of supply chain processes with focus on Master Data, Artwork and Product Life Cycle
  • High English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Flexibility to work in a fast paced, quickly changing work environment
  • Ability to operate in a global matrix environment
  • Desirable: Experience with delivering projects in Good Practice (GxP) environment
  • Desirable: Understanding of ERP system and its implementation
