About the role
- Lead development of open-source products supporting clinical trial design and analysis in a GxP environment
- Oversee product lifecycle, balancing enhancements, maintenance, and compliance priorities
- Champion agile, user-centric development with iterative delivery and transparent prioritization
- Establish robust testing frameworks to ensure product quality and reliability
- Coach and mentor product teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Break down complex challenges into actionable steps for systematic progress
- Shape strategic roadmaps in partnership with senior leadership
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a quantitative or computational science ( e.g. computer science, statistics, mathematics)
- 10+ years developing scalable analytics solutions using open-source languages that deliver business value
- 5+ years leading product management for statistical or analytical tools using agile methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor and inspire cross-functional teams
- Proven experience analyzing product KPIs to drive continuous improvement and user engagement
- Expert-level proficiency in R and Python with deep understanding of software development best practices.
