About the role

  • Lead development of open-source products supporting clinical trial design and analysis in a GxP environment
  • Oversee product lifecycle, balancing enhancements, maintenance, and compliance priorities

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative or computational science ( e.g. computer science, statistics, mathematics)
  • 10+ years developing scalable analytics solutions using open-source languages that deliver business value
  • 5+ years leading product management for statistical or analytical tools using agile methodologies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience analyzing product KPIs to drive continuous improvement and user engagement
  • Expert-level proficiency in R and Python with deep understanding of software development best practices.
