About the role

  • Drive strategic and tactical projects, supporting the Nordic Country President and Leadership Team
  • Provide continuous support to Nordics Country President and Team on an ad-hoc basis
  • Contribute to the development and communication of our strategic roadmap
  • Consolidate and produce business plans and review together with other business heads
  • Provide support in preparing presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Lead and drive strategic cross-functional projects as defined by the Cluster Team
  • Assist Nordics Country President to track and provide analytical and insight-driven reports
  • Facilitate best practice sharing across markets within the cluster
  • Provides coaching in the context of operational excellence and strategic networking
  • Coordinate and structure leadership team meetings
  • Liaise and coordinate with Novartis stakeholders to maximize business impact

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Commercial and/or Medical and/or Market Access and/or Marketing from the Pharma industry
  • Leading without authority / indirect leadership
  • Proficient English, both written and spoken
  • Agility and navigating complexity
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience with the daily usage of AI tools
  • Consulting background (desirable)
  • Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (desirable)
