About the role

  • Act as the technical reference for cybersecurity projects.
  • Design solution architectures aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
  • Lead and support POCs (Proof of Concept), technical tests and solution validations.
  • Analyze RFPs and RFIs to define solutions that will meet client requirements.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and calculation memos.
  • Support the commercial and pre-sales teams in technical meetings, presentations and proposals.
  • Translate business requirements into viable and secure technical solutions.
  • Support the delivery team during project transition and technical sustainment.
  • Stay up to date on new technologies, trends and threats in information security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with solutions and vendors in our portfolio, such as Check Point, Fortinet, Wiz, Imperva, Zscaler, etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and deep technical analysis capabilities.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Active Directory, Networking, SASE and other technologies essential for the role.
  • Experience in high-complexity projects or critical environments.
  • Previous experience at systems integrators or MSSPs.
  • Intermediate to advanced English for conversation.
  • Good communication skills for interaction with technical and executive clients.
  • Intermediate Spanish (desired).
