About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and deploy the HR strategy
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the site’s HR strategy in coordination with Management and Group HR
- Support managers on all HR and employee relations matters
- Lead site and Group HR projects
- Ensure personnel administration and payroll
- Manage employee relations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources Management, Employment Law, Management, Economics, Sociology, Psychology or Social Sciences
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR role (HR Officer/HR Generalist)
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, excellent interpersonal skills
