Key responsibilities & impact

Provide product technical support to customers during pre-sale and post-sale processes
Accompany sales personnel on customer visits to identify opportunities and assist in closing sales through technical expertise and product knowledge
Conduct product demonstrations using robots and presentations at tradeshows, conferences, and customer sites
Develop novel applications for ATI products using robots and publish videos and application notes
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely customer solutions
Use Salesforce for case management and customer support
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive product and process innovation
Travel up to 40%

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Controls, or related Engineering discipline
Spanish and English fluency
3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in the automation industry
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
Experience and familiarity with robot programming, such as Fanuc, ABB, or Kuka, desirable
Experience with SolidWorks and MS Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and clients
Up to 40% travel
