About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow a strategic UK, France & Benelux territory
  • Drive both new business and key account expansion
  • Partner with global teams in a highly collaborative, international environment
  • Have real influence on commercial strategy and customer direction
  • Lead sales growth across the region, delivering strong double-digit YoY performance
  • Identify and win new OEM customers in advanced manufacturing markets
  • Build and grow relationships across engineering, procurement, and supply chain stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and territory strategies
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver complex, high-value solutions
  • Represent Novanta at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven success in technical B2B sales (5+ years)
  • Experience selling into OEMs with long design cycles
  • Strong background in laser, photonics, optics, additive manufacturing, or precision engineering
  • Track record of winning new business and growing key accounts
  • Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
  • Experience working in a global, matrix organization
