About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across robotics and automation markets
  • Proactively contact prospective customers through phone, email and other outreach channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular, value-focused communication
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Close deals and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate, disciplined records of sales activity in CRM systems
  • Track and contribute to key outcomes: Revenue growth, Customer acquisition and retention, Customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Sales capability
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation
  • Comfortable discussing technical products with engineers and buyers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, clear, concise, and persuasive
  • Execution mindset: Results-driven with excellent time management and organisation
  • Able to prioritise the few actions that drive the most revenue
  • Uses metrics to track progress and guide decisions
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Collaborative and reliable within a global team
  • Calm and resilient under pressure, persistent when deals stall
  • Direct and honest communicator, even when conversations are difficult
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Confident user of CRM tools and sales tracking systems
