Inside Sales Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across robotics and automation markets
- Proactively contact prospective customers through phone, email and other outreach channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular, value-focused communication
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
- Close deals and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate, disciplined records of sales activity in CRM systems
- Track and contribute to key outcomes: Revenue growth, Customer acquisition and retention, Customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales capability
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation
- Comfortable discussing technical products with engineers and buyers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, clear, concise, and persuasive
- Execution mindset: Results-driven with excellent time management and organisation
- Able to prioritise the few actions that drive the most revenue
- Uses metrics to track progress and guide decisions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Collaborative and reliable within a global team
- Calm and resilient under pressure, persistent when deals stall
- Direct and honest communicator, even when conversations are difficult
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Confident user of CRM tools and sales tracking systems
