- Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio reports and executive dashboards
- Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures
- Coordinate project governance meetings and track follow-up action items
- Support portfolio planning, intake, and prioritization activities
- Validate data and maintain information in ServiceNow
- Analyze data and develop summary views that communicate findings
- Create dashboards and visualizations for portfolio performance and key metrics
- Assist with month-end and quarterly reporting
- Prepare reporting materials for leadership meetings
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality
- Maintain reporting documentation, report definitions, and standard operating procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entry-level role
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, information technology, management, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with ServiceNow and GitLab preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
