About the role
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users
- Resolve issues related to print services
- Support the VITA Print Service offering
- Handle help desk ticketing and utilize ticketing systems to track and document support requests
- Ensure optimal IT service delivery and deliver high-quality end user support and customer service
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with IT team as a mid-level Support Technician
Requirements
- Microsoft 365 Required 5 Years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and detail oriented Required 5 Years
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Required 5 Years
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Required 5 Years
- Experience Utilizing ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent) to track and document support requests. Required 5 Years
- Commitment to delivering high quality end user support and customer service Required 5 Years
- Experience in a help desk or technical support role. Required 5 Years
- Knowledge of IT systems Required 5 Years
- Knowledge of print services environment Desired 2 Years
- Previous experience and knowledge of printers is a nice to have
- Help desk ticket handling experience
